Years of Service Awards

Our Plateau Catalog lends itself wonderfully in recognizing employees for their loyal years of service.  The Plateau Catalog has been designed for complete flexibility that can be utilized one of the following ways:

  •  All 13 collections as a complete Plateau Awards Catalog
  • Selected collections combined to create a Custom Plateau Catalog
  • Individual collections as an Award Booklet       
  • As a point catalog with every item having an individual point requirement

Award Process

The actual award process is unique to each customer.  We offer complete flexibility to establish an award process that meets your needs.  To ensure continued quality management of your program, a team of professionals will coordinate all aspects of the program administration and fulfillment.  Following is a sample award process:    

  • Employees are recognized by your company and receive a customized order form and an Award Booklet.  Your company will distribute the Award Booklet and order form to each qualifying employee.
  • The employee completes the award order form and sends it in for verification
  • Award order forms are then faxed to CTM for fulfillment

There are thirteen levels from which to award your employees.  Simply determine the years of service for which you would like to award and  the level at which you would like to award, order the corresponding catalog and  the employee is able to choose from a variety of merchandise within that Individual Plateau Collection.

Personalized Award Packet - Optional

CTM can provide a memorable awards presentation package.  This would include an attractive, personalized Certificate of Appreciation with the employee's name, the years of service to be awarded (15 years, 25 years, etc.), Award Booklet for the specific collection earned and an order form packaged in a white envelope.  If desired, you can add a letter or personalized company message.
