been easier. With “You Make the Difference!”, there is no
need to spend days creating a program structure or countless hours
determining how administration will flow. This turnkey program
has already done that for you. Your time can be spent doing

This program can
be used for all types of employees, from factory workers to secretaries
and your responsibilities are minimal.
“You Make the Difference”
is a four period program that measures performance, you define the length
of a period based on your programs objectives - 1/4 year, month, week,
or pay period, you decide. Simply follow these steps for a successful,
hassle-free program.
- Define the target audience
– Who will participate?
- Determine the objective
– What goal do you want them to reach each period?
- Budget – What are you
willing to spend to reach these goals? (award payout)
- Choose an award collection
for each level attained. (catalog)

The above is merely an
example. You can choose to use different budgets and award collections
based on program needs.
How it works:
- At the start of the
program, each participant receives a “You Make the Difference” award
catalog (minimal cost) with four (4) collections of merchandise.
- Each quarter when they
reach the predetermined goal, they receive a “You Make the Difference”
sticker. (You will receive four (4) stickers per participant
at no charge.)
- At program conclusion,
participants with one (1) sticker may redeem for any award in collection
1, two (2) stickers = collection 2, etc. to four (4) stickers.
- The participants choose
their award based on their earnings and mail the order certificate (with
stickers attached) to Award Headquarters for redemption and shipment.
(One order certificate per participant is supplied at no charge.)
- You will be invoiced
as merchandise is shipped to the participants. This is a bill-upon-redemption
program.
Program Costs:
Cost of materials per participant $3.00.
Includes:
- Award catalog with four (4) collections
of merchandise
- (4) Stickers per participant
- (1) Award Order Certificate per participant
Merchandise rewards are billed upon actual
redemption
