CapabilitiesProgram Development and ImplementationCTM will design and build a custom software system to track and manage the program database. This custom software will enable customer service representatives to quickly access participant information and provide accurate and timely reporting. Performance TrackingCTM will calculate points / value earned, program ranking, and program progress. In addition, this information will be used to determine which participants qualify for recognition, awards, or travel. The methodology for calculating award points earned and qualifications will be identical to the rule structure developed at the beginning of the program. Program ReportingCTM will work with you to determine informational needs and report design. The professionals at CTM will make recommendations as well as design custom monthly reports to provide your management team with accurate program data at a glance. Performance StatementsFollowing award point calculations, CTM will complete quality control checks on all aspects of the system and print performance statements. Program participants will receive a custom designed statement, graphically presenting their personal program progress. For promotional purposes, we suggest that statements be printed on letterhead and mailed in envelopes that feature the program logo. Our Guarantee: CTM will print and mail statements within seven working days of receipt of data. Program AnalysisA thorough Program Analysis is prepared and reviewed with clients periodically during the program. This analysis is important in forecasting final program performance, identifying program communication needs and planning for future programs. Customer ServiceA toll-free, hot line will be established for program participants to call with their questions. Professional Customer Service Representatives will work with participants.
