TOPS...the Total Option Performance System is a multi-purpose, integrated people performance system designed to meet the challenges of today's business environment.  TOPS is an excellent tool in the equation of business success, focusing on an organization's most important asset: PEOPLE.

Today, employees thrive on empowerment and recognition, and they respond to goal setting and meeting objectives.  TOPS gives any business the flexibility and options to address employee issues facing the organization...and is and easy-to-administer vehicle utilizing proven awards that fit the lifestyles of your employees.  Remember...focusing on your employees will bring your company its biggest return on investment.

Here's how TOPS works:

Step 1: Determine from menu of objectives which applications will be utilized in the program.

Step 2:  Identify the target audience for each identified objective. 

Step 3: Determine the critical success factor for each target audience.  The critical success factor is the activity each employee needs to perform to accomplish the objective.  It is very important to address the process involved in each activity.

Step 4: Place a value on that activity.  The value is the investment you are willing to make to accomplish the activity.  The value invested in the activity should give you a quantifiable return on that investment when the results are achieved and measured.

Step 5: Once a value is placed on the activity, you utilize TOPS Spots to award the employee for the successful completion of that activity.  Issuance can be done company wide, by specific departments, work teams or by individual employee.  Frequency of issuance is determined as you see fit.  Each TOPS Spot sticker is valued at $1.00.

Step 6: The employee accumulates TOPS Spots and places them in his or her personal TOPS diary.

Step 7: Each employee redeems their TOPS Spots for personal lifestyle products of their choice from a catalog of over 800 items.

Step 8: TOPS Spots are purchased on a flexile "pay-as-you-go basis".  This alleviates costly administration and has a positive impact on your cash flow.  You purchase the stickers in bundles of 100 and control the issuance.

Step 9: Each award redeemed by an employee is individually processed and shipped.  Shipments can be received by employees at home or at work, and because you have purchases the TOPS Spots in advance, you are not invoiced for individual award shipments, freight or any additional service fees.  This saves you the time and energy otherwise involved in processing payments and reconciling invoices.

Program Costs:

TOPS-SPOTS are valued at $1.00 each and are purchased on an as needed basis .  By purchasing the TOP-SPOTS in advance, you will not have the hassle of merchandise redemption invoices throughout the program. Minimum TOP-SPOTS order of $100 is required.

Any of our catalogs can be utilized as the award vehicle in a TOPS program and actual catalog costs will be determined by the catalog selected.
