CTM offers several online options - everything from a simple “view-only” electronic version of the traditional catalogs to comprehensive online communication, tracking and reward tools. If your incentive program participants have email and internet access, online award programs offer a cost effective, exciting way to communicate with and reward them. Merchandise Fulfillment Facts

    Approximately 50% of the merchandise featured in the award catalogs is warehoused, which represent approximately 86% of the redemption volume.

All merchandise shipped from warehouse is processed within 72 hours from receipt of order.

Merchandise shipped directly from the manufacturer usually ships within 2 to 4 weeks. Furniture and items made to order may require longer lead times, in some cases up to 12 weeks.

If an item becomes discontinued, we will contact the participant via letter and ask the participant if they wish to replace the item with a similar one of equal or greater value.

All prices of delivered merchandise (excluding Canadian Award Catalogs) include shipping within the Continental United States. Additional freight charges will be assessed for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.


Our Guarantee

All merchandise is guaranteed. If for any reason an item is delivered damaged, broken or defective, it will be picked up and replaced at no cost to you or your participant as long as the claim is made within 3 days after receipt.

If for any reason a participant is not satisfied with his or her award, we will pick up and replace it as long as all original shipping cartons and all original packing materials are returned with the item. All exchanges must be made within 30 days from receipt of award.


Order Acknowledgement

An order acknowledgement letter is generated promptly and sent to program participants reflecting merchandise ordered and expected ship dates of each item ordered.

When necessary the following communication is sent promptly at no additional charge:

  • Reselect letter – when item ordered is no longer available and cannot be substituted; requests participant to select a new item.

  • Substitute letter – accompanied by picture of items which must have participant’s approval before order is processed.

  • Delay letter – gives the participant the option to wait or reselect another item when shipment is delayed five days after original expected ship date.
